Oct-06 Daily Forex Forecast and Trend Analysis

EURUSD Forecast
The EURUSD regained its bullish momentum yesterday after rejected to move consistently below the bullish channel, whipsawed to the upside, topped at 1.3858 and closed at 1.3853. This fact keeps the strong bullish outlook intact targeting 1.3900 before testing my weekly target around 1.4050 area. Immediate support at 1.3800. Break below that area could trigger further bearish correction testing 1.3700 but overall we are still in strong bullish phase and short position is not recommended.

GBPUSD Forecast
The GBPUSD slipped below the minor bullish channel yesterday, but whipsawed strongly to the upside, topped at 1.5929 and closed at 1.5910. The bias is bullish in nearest term targeting 1.6000. Immediate support at 1.5845 and the lower line of the minor bullish channel. Break below the minor bullish channel could trigger further bearish correction testing 1.5750, but learning from yesterday’s experience, in a major strong bullish outlook a false breakdown to any support area often happen and short position is not recommended.

USDJPY Forecast
The USDJPY still trapped in range area of 84.00 – 82.87 yesterday but this time with more downside bias. The major scenario remains bearish but we need a break below 82.87 to continue the bearish pressure testing 82.20 and 81.75 region. On the upside break above 84.00 could trigger further bullish correction but only a break above 84.82 could cancel the bearish outlook.

USDCHF Forecast
The USDCHF made a significant bearish momentum yesterday, bottomed at 0.9643 after violated the descending triangle to the downside as you can see on my h4 below. This fact confirms further bearish scenario targeting 0.9585 and 0.9550. Immediate resistance at 0.9730. Another upside pullback above that area could lead us to neutral zone as direction would be unclear testing 0.9843 but overall we are still in strong bearish phase and long position is not recommended.

EURJPY Forecast
The EURJPY regained its bullish momentum yesterday, topped at 115.34 after failed to break below the bullish channel as you can see on my h4 chart below. This fact keeps the major bullish scenario intact targeting 115.48 and 117.00 area. Immediate support at 114.30 and the lower line of the bullish channel. Only a clear break below the bullish channel could be a serious threat to the current strong bullish outlook.

GBPJPY Forecast
The GBPJPY made another volatile but indecisive movement yesterday. Price slipped above 132.55 but still unable to stay above that level so far. The bias remains neutral in nearest term and we are still in consolidation phase, but looks like the upside pressure start to regain its bullish momentum after found support at 131.00 (61.8% Fibo). We need a consistent move above 132.55 to keep the falling wedge bullish scenario intact testing 133.55 and 135.03. On the downside, only a clear break below 131.00 could be a serious threat to my bullish outlook.

AUDUSD Forecast
The AUDUSD attempted to push lower yesterday, slipped below 0.9600 but whipsawed to the upside, topped at 0.9725. This fact keeps the strong bullish outlook intact targeting 0.9792 and 0.9849 this week especially if price able to make a clear breakout above 0.9728/49 region. Immediate support at 0.9670 followed by 0.9600.

Nov-18 Daily Forex Forecast and Trend Analysis
EUR/USD Forecast: Euro weaken, need consistent move below 1.4820 for further bearish pressure

The EURUSD had a significant bearish momentum yesterday, bottomed at 1.4807 but failed to stay below key support area 1.4820, closed higher at 1.4860 and traded around 1.4887 at the time I wrote this comment. As you can see in my daily chart below, it’s a fact that after peaked at double top formation around 1.5062 area the pair keep moving lower in a bearish channel indicating significant downside correction and even potential bearish reversal, especially if we have a consistent move below 1.4820 area with 1.4625 and 1.4450 as technical targets.

Right now, after failed to stay below 1.4820 yesterday, the pair bouncing to the upside with 1.4950 as potential resistance to be tested. Break above that area should trigger further bullish momentum testing the bearish channel. Bearish correction can only be canceled if the bearish channel violated to the upside, but for me the real bullish continuation scenario can only triggered by a movement above 1.5062.

eurusddaily

GBPUSD Forecast:
The GBPUSD made indecisive movement yesterday indicating consolidation. As you can see in my h4 chart below, price still unable to consistently move above 1.6842 indicating limited bullish so far. The bias is neutral in nearest term but as long as we have the valid bullish channel, bullish scenario remains intact especially if we have consistent move above 1.6842 at least targeting 1.6930. CCI just cross the 100 line down on h4 chart suggesting potential downside pressure testing 1.6692 support area. Break below that area should be a serious threat to the bullish scenario.

gbpusd4hchart

USDJPY Forecast:
Yesterday I said that we need a consistent move below 88.80 in order to continue the bearish scenario towards 88.00. The fact is, price failed to do so and whipsawed to the upside, but I think we have another false breakout (circle) above 89.40 key resistance area which once again give us a good false breakout strategy re-testing 88.80 today before testing 88.00 area. Only a consistent move above 89.40/50 can be considered as potential bearish scenario failure and lead to further bullish momentum towards 90.50 area.

usdjpy4hchart

USDCHF Forecast
The USDCHF failed to continue downside pressure yesterday, break above 1.0120, topped at 1.0207 but found resistance around the trendline resistance (red) which is my key resistance area at this phase. Only break above that trendline could be considered as potential bullish reversal scenario at least back towards 1.0337 area. The bias is neutral in nearest term but the rejection to move above trendline resistance might produce downside pressure re-testing 1.0120 support area (former resistance). Break below could trigger further downside momentum and keep the bearish scenario intact re-testing 1.0000/33 psychological level once again.

usdchf4hchart

EURJPY Forecast
The EURJPY had significant technical movement yesterday. As you can see on my h4 chart below, price fell below the trendline support area indicating potential bearish scenario testing 131.70 area. However, we have upside rebound early today in Asian session as price struggle around the trendline area. CCI almost cross the -100 line up suggesting potential upside momentum. If price go back above the trendline area could be considered as a false breakdown which lead to significant upside momentum at least towards 133.50 and testing the trendline resistance (blue). Break above that trendline resistance should trigger further bullish momentum and keep the bullish scenario intact.

eurjpyh4

GBPJPY Forecast
Patiently waiting. That is the best we can do for now. As you can see in my daily chart below, price still trapped between trendlines (triangle) indicating consolidation but I think break on either side should be imminent. Breakout to the upside should trigger further bullish momentum targeting at least 151.50 while a breakdown to the downside should trigger further bearish momentum at least targeting 148.24 and could be seen as potential downside reversal scenario.

gbpjpydaily

AUDUSD Forecast
The AUDUSD failed to continue its bullish momentum yesterday. On h4 chart below we can see that once again, price made a false breakout above 0.9327 before had a bearish momentum, bottomed at 0.9235 and closed at 0.9295. The way I see it, this fact could be seen as bullish exhaustion and could trigger significant downside pressure, even bearish reversal scenario especially if we have a break below 0.9180 area. I can see no clear direction now, so I will stay out from the market. On the downside, we have a support around the minor trendline support (blue). Break below that trendline should trigger further bearish momentum testing 0.9180 area.

Nov-16 Daily Forex Forecast and Trend Analysis
EUR/USD Forecast: The bearish channel violated to the upside, need consistent move above 1.4950/60 to re-testing 1.5062

In my weekly summary on Saturday, I said that in order to complete the valid double top formation, the second bearish channel (yellow) must remain valid. Well, looks like the channel has been violated to the upside earlier today in Asian session as you can see in my h4 chart below. This fact should diminish the double top bearish reversal scenario and the pressure is now more to the upside, but it’s too early to say that double top bearish reversal scenario is over. I think this pair need consistent move above 1.4950/60 to continue upside pressure re-testing 1.5062. A failure to do so could be considered as a false breakout and trigger significant bearish momentum. Only break above 1.5062 should be seen as double top scenario failure and could lead to bullish continuation scenario targeting 1.5150 and 1.5300 area. On the downside, key support level remains at 1.4850/20 area. Break below that area should keep the valid double top scenario intact towards 1.4625 and 1.4450 area.

eurusd4hchart

GBPUSD Forecast:
After rejection to move below the bullish channel on Thursday, GBPUSD had bullish momentum on Friday, as you can see in my h4 chart below. This fact should keep the bullish scenario intact and the bias is more to the upside now re-testing 1.6842 in nearest term. Break above that area should continue the bullish scenario re-testing 1.7042 area. Immediate support at 1.6692. Break below that area should lead us into no trading zone as price might attempt to test the lower line of the bullish channel once again.

gbpusd4hchart

USDJPY Forecast:
My false breakout strategy worked perfectly on Friday, as USDJPY had a nice bearish momentum, bottomed at 89.45 and closed at 89.64. The bias is bearish in nearest term with 88.80 as nearest technical target, but we need a valid break below 89.40 support area. As you can see in my h4 chart below, that support area is a potential obstacle to the bearish pressure, just like what happened on November 11 (red circle) when price retreat significantly to the upside after made a false breakdown from that area. Immediate resistance at 90.00/20 area. Break above that area should be seen as bearish failure and lead us into no trading zone as direction would become unclear for me.

usdjpy4hchart

USDCHF Forecast
My concern about potential false breakout if price failed to consistently stay above the trendline resistance (red) which lead to bearish momentum became a fact on Friday, as we had a significant bearish momentum, bottomed 1.0101 and closed at 1.0125 on Friday. Earlier today in Asian session the pair keep moving lower, traded around 1.0090 at the time I wrote this comment. The bias is bearish in nearest term targeting 1.0000 psychological level. Immediate resistance at 1.0150. Break above that area should lead us into no trading zone as direction would become unclear for me.

usdchf4hchart

EURJPY Forecast
The EURJPY attempted to push lower on Friday, bottomed at 132.84 but closed higher at 133.60. On h4 chart below we can see that the bearish pressure was rejected by the trendline support (red) and price now bounce to the upside. As long as the trendline support hold, the bias is more to the upside testing 135.00 in nearest term. Immediate support at 133.10 area. Break below that area should trigger further downside pressure testing the trendline support area.

eurjpyh4

GBPJPY Forecast
The GBPJPY made indecisive movement on Friday. As you can see on my daily chart below, price still moving between trendline support and resistance (triangle) but I hope break on either side is imminent so we can see clearer direction. Breakout to the upside should confirm bullish scenario with technical target at least at 153.22. Breakdown to the downside should trigger bearish momentum at least towards 148.24 even 146.36 area.

gbpjpydaily

AUDUSD Forecast
The AUDUSD had a significant bullish on Friday. On h4 chart below, we can see that again, price break above 0.9327. Technical bias is bullish in nearest term with 0.9400 – 0.9500 as potential target. However, false breakout on Thursday should be our concern as it might happen again this time. We need consistent move above 0.9370 area to confirm the bullish continuation scenario. The situation could be very tricky at this phase so do not rush jump into the market. Another break below 0.9327 should lead us into no trading zone as direction would become unclear for me.

Oct-29 Daily Forex Forecast and Trend Analysis
EURUSD Forecast: Bearish correction continues, testing major trendline support

As I had expected, the EURUSD continued it’s bearish momentum yesterday, bottomed at 1.4690 and closed at 1.4715. As you can see in my daily chart below, we area in critical technical phase where price is now testing the major trendline support. This trendline support could be a strong support area since overall in longer term the bullish outlook remains intact, but once violated to the downside, we should have further bearish scenario. So I think what is going to happen on that trendline support today and the rest of this week should be our technical focus at this phase.

eurusddaily

On h4 chart below, after violated the bullish channel the bearish momentum seems strong with technical target back towards 1.4500 area. The bias remains bearish in nearest term targeting 1.4580 area but once again, pay attention to the major trendline support on daily chart above. Immediate resistance is seen at 1.4760. Break above that area should trigger further bullish pressure testing 1.4850 area and might be considered as potential end to the current bearish correction.

eurusd4hchart

GBPUSD Forecast:
The GBPUSD made had another volatile but indecisive movement yesterday. On daily chart below we can see that the pair attempted to stay above the bearish channel, topped at 1.6466 but once again failed to close convincingly above the bearish channel indicating that bullish pressure is not strong enough to push higher and might be exhausted and potentially trigger bearish momentum. I still prefer a bearish scenario at this phase with 1.6113 as the bearish target. Immediate resistance at 1.6430/60 area.

gbpusddaily

USDJPY Forecast:
The USDJPY continued it’s bearish momentum yesterday, bottomed at 90.54 and closed at 90.73. After failed to break above 92.50 resistance area, the pair keep moving lower and now, as you can see on my h4 chart below, has violated the bullish channel to the downside indicating potential further bearish momentum. The bias remains bearish targeting 90.00 – 89.50 area. Immediate resistance is seen at 91.10 area. Break above that area should lead us into no trading zone.

usdjpy4hchart

USDCHF Forecast
The USDCHF continued it’s bullish momentum yesterday, topped at 1.0276 and closed at 1.0262. On my h4 chart below we can see that the bullish momentum is now testing the 1.0280 resistance area. The bias remains bullish in nearest term but we need a clear break above 1.0280 to confirm bullish scenario targeting 1.0360 even back towards 1.0450 area. Immediate support at 1.0230 followed by 1.0166.

usdchf4hchart

EURJPY Forecast
As I had expected, the EURJPY had another bearish momentum yesterday, hit my target at 134.40, even further, bottomed at 133.25. The bias remains bearish in nearest term targeting 131.00 before aim for 127.00 area. Immediate resistance at 134.00/40 area. Break above that area should lead us into no trading zone but I still prefer a bearish scenario at this phase and long position is not recommended.

eurjpydaily

GBPJPY Forecast
The GBPJPY had a bearish momentum yesterday, break below my support area at 149.40, bottomed at 148.28 and closed at 148.69. On h4 chart below we can see that the pair is moving in a bearish channel indicating bearish tone. This fact should lead us to further downside pressure targeting at least 146.50 area. Immediate resistance at 148.50 area. Break above that area should lead us into no trading zone but I still prefer a bearish scenario and long position is not recommended at this phase.

gbpjpyh4

AUDUSD Forecast
The AUDUSD had a significant bearish momentum yesterday, break below 0.9090, bottomed at 0.8961 and closed at 0.8997. On h4 chart below we can see how violation of the bullish channel can trigger a bearish reversal scenario. This fact is nothing but a bullish failure for me and potential further bearish scenario targeting 0.8860 area. Immediate resistance at 0.9030 followed by 0.9090 area. Break above those area should lead us into no trading zone as direction would become unclear in nearest term but I prefer a bearish scenario at this phase.

EURUSD Forecast: Bullish Failure and The Rising Wedge On Daily Chart

The EURUSD failed to continue it’s bullish momentum yesterday. As you can see on my h4 chart, although the lower line of the bearish channel still provide a support and price not yet go back inside the bearish channel, the fact that the pair is in a weaker tone is clear. That’s why although not completely a mess (since the lower line of the bearish channel still provide support), I think my yesterday’s technical view maybe not the best way to look at current situation. Fortunately, my system did not produce any buy signal yesterday. I think I will stay out from the market for now.

eurusd4hchart

Although it’s too early for a bearish reversal, I think it’s worth to take a look on bearish reversal warning showed by the rising wedge formation on daily chart below. The rejection to move above 1.4850 could be a starting point to the bearish reversal and potentially violate the lower line of the rising wedge, which could be a confirmation to the bearish reversal scenario in longer term.

eurusddaily

The bias is bearish in nearest term testing 1.4440. Break below that area should trigger further bearish pressure towards 1.4330 area and could seriously damage the bullish outlook. Initial resistance at 1.4575 followed by 1.4650. Eyes on US NFP today. A worse than expected number could trigger negative sentiment to the global economy recovery and might bring risk aversion back into the market and give some support to the Greenback and could wane the optimism view in the market.

GBPUSD Forecast: Bearish Continues
The GBPUSD continued it’s bearish momentum yesterday. On h4 chart below we can see after rejected to move consistently above 1.6113 area, the pair continue to move lower and now traded below 1.6000 area indicating potential weakness for the Sterling. The minor trendline support (orange) has been violated to the downside suggesting a bearish view. The bias is bearish in nearest term testing 1.5850 and 1.5770 area. Initial resistance at 1.6000 area. Break above that area should lead us into no trading zone as my technical view would be a mess. Eyes on US NFP today. A worse than expected number could trigger negative sentiment to the global economy recovery and might bring risk aversion back into the market and give some support to the Greenback and could wane the optimism view in the market.

gbpusd4hchart

USDJPY Forecast:
My technical strategy worked perfectly yesterday. On h4 chart below we can see that price was moving lower after a rejection to move above the trendline resistance area. I am expecting further bearish continuation today. The bias is bearish in nearest term targeting 88.50 area. Immediate resistance at 89.80 area. Break above that area should lead us into no trading zone and testing 90.40 area but long position is not recommended.

usdjpy4hchart

USDCHF Forecast
The USDCHF had a moderate bullish momentum yesterday, topped at 1.0452 but closed lower at 1.0408. Although bullish momentum seems limited, the fact that we still have a valid bullish channel and price able to move above 1.0380 should indicate bullish view at least in nearest term targeting 1.0527 area. Break below 1.0380 sohuld lead us into no trading zone but as long as the bullish channel still valid, bullish correction is still intact.

usdchf4hchart

EURJPY Forecast
The EURJPY had a significant bearish momentum yesterday, bottomed at 130.10 and closed at 130.24. Unfortunately, my trading plan was not executed because price was not near enough to the trendline resistance (orange). But that’s OK :) . The bias is bearish in nearest term targeting 127.00 area but I think we need a valid break below 129.79 support area to confirm my bearish continuation view. Immediate resistance at 130.60. Break above that area should lead to further bullish correction but long position is not recommended at this phase.

eurjpyh4

GBPJPY Forecast
The GBPJPY had a moderate bearish momentum yesterday, bottomed at 142.66 and closed at 142.76. Technically the situation could be very tricky at this phase since the pair now traded in a bearish tone but the bullish correction warning showed by the hammer can only be canceled by a movement below 139.71 which is also potential bearish target in nearest term. I will pay attention to immediate support at 141.90 area. A failure to move below that area should keep the bullish correction scenario alive and kicking and re-testing 144.50 area while a valid break below that area should trigger further bearish pressure towards 139.71.

gbpjpydaily

AUDUSD Forecast
The AUDUSD failed to continue it’s bullish momentum yesterday, break below 0.8787 support area, bottomed at 0.8675 and closed at 0.8695. Fortunately, my system did not produce a buy signal yesterday. On daily chart below we can see that this was a case of a false breakout which usually lead to significant bearish momentum. The ias is bearish in nearest term targeting 0.8580 and 0.8500 area. Any movement above 0.8787 should lead us into no trading zone as direction would become unclear.

EURUSD Forecast: Bearish Channel Violated, A Good Start for Bullish Continuation

The EURUSD had a moderate bullish momentum yesterday. The pair attempted to push higher, topped at 1.4672 but further upside momentum was limited as the pair closed a little bit lower at 1.4636. On h4 chart below we can see that the bearish channel has been violated to the upside and the upper line of the bearish channel now become a good support preventing further bearish pressure. Therefore, although the bullish momentum also limited now, I think the bullish scenario continuation has made a good start here after some bearish correction. The bias is bullish in nearest term targeting 1.4720. Break above that area should trigger further bullish momentum re-testing 1.4850. Immediate support at 1.4575. Break below that area should lead us into no trading zone as direction would become unclear.

eurusd4hchart

GBPUSD Forecast:
We had a volatile market yesterday. The pair break above 1.6000, topped at 1.6125 but closed lower at 1.6005 and now struggling around 1.6000 area. This is not my favorite situation and prefer to stay out for now, but the pair seems to lose some bullish momentum and vulnerable for downside pressure. I am expecting range market between 1.5950 – 1.6125. Break below 1.5950 should trigger further weakness for the Sterling while break above 1.6125 should continue the bullish scenario towards 1.6300 area.

gbpusd4hchart

USDJPY Forecast:
The USDJPY was losing it’s bullish momentum yesterday, bottomed at 89.34 and closed at 89.71. On h4 chart below we can see that the trendline area (blue) has been a good resistance area prevents further bullish pressure triggered by the hammer. Since overall the major trend remains bearish, I am thinking of place a short position if I see rejection to move above the trendline area with a tight stop loss if the price break above the trendline because bullish correction might not over yet. Break above the trendline should trigger further bullish correction testing 91.40 area. Immediate support at 89.34. Break below that area could trigger further bearish momentum testing 88.22 area.

usdjpy4hchart

USDCHF Forecast
The USDCHF had a volatile market but indecisive, formed a Doji on daily chart. On h4 chart below, as I had expected, the pair tested the lower line of the bullish channel, slipped below it, bottomed at 1.0279 but now back to move inside the bullish channel indicating bullish correction is still valid. However I prefer to stay away from the market now and wait for further development. Immediate support at 1.0275. Break below that area could be the end of the bullish correction and continue bearish scenario towards 1.0000. Initial resistance at 1.0450. Break above that area should trigger further bullish correction re-testing 1.0527.

usdchf4hchart

EURJPY Forecast
The EURJPY didn’t make a significant movement yesterday. On h4 chart below we can see that the pair is in consolidation phase, corrected higher after some bearish momentum. Since I prefer a bearish scenario, I am think about placing a short trade today if I see a rejection to move above the trendline resistance area with tight stop loss above the trendline. Expected range at 132.40 – 130.60. Break above 132.40 could trigger further bullish momentum and potentially cancel my bearish scenario while break below 130.60 should lead us towards 129.79 before aim for 127.00 area.

eurjpyh4

GBPJPY Forecast
The GBPJPY mad indecisive movement yesterday, a common movement during consolidation phase. Technically we do not have significant momentum so I prefer to stay out for now. The bullish correction triggered by the Hammer is still valid so do not rush selling now. Immediate resistance at 144.52 (yesterday’s high) followed by 145.40. Initial support at 142.15. Break below that area could potentially put the bullish correction to it’s end and aim for 139.70 area.

gbpjpydaily

AUDUSD Forecast
The AUDUSD had a significant bullish momentum yesterday. On daily chart below we can see that after breakout above 0.8787, the pair topped at 0.8846 and closed at 0.8835. This is nothing but a bullish scenario for me. The bias is bullish in nearest term targeting 0.8950. Immediate support at 0.8787. Break below that area should trigger further bearish pressure as price might losing it’s bullish momentum and lead us back into no trading zone.

Sept-16 Daily Forex Forecast and Trend Analysis
by: Setyo Wibowo

EURUSD Forecast: Rising Wedge and CCI Divergence, Bearish Reversal?

My trading plan worked fine yesterday. On h4 chart below we can see that the pair made a downside rebound, bottomed at 1.4560 (around the rising wedge lower line) before made a bullish momentum topped at 1.4685 and closed at 1.4660. If you look at the rising wedge formation now, there is only a little room left for movement and a breakout/breakdown is imminent. A breakout to the upside will cancel the bearish reversal scenario while a breakdown to the downside should be seen at bearish scenario potential.

eurusd4hchart

A look at daily chart below reveals that actually beside the rising wedge, we have another technical view which support the potential bearish reversal outlook, which is a CCI divergence, where price keep moving higher making new highs but CCI on the other hand is heading down. So, even the bullish momentum seems still in control right now, I will be very careful at this phase since we have two technical views that lead to potential bearish reversal (or at least a correction) scenario. Immediate support at 1.4570. Break below that area could be a valid breakdown from the rising wedge and could trigger a downside momentum. Initial resistance at 1.4719.

eurusddaily

GBPUSD Forecast:
The GBPUSD made another bearish momentum yesterday, bottomed at 1.6401 but closed higher at 1.6485. On h4 chart below we can see that the bullish channel has been convincingly violated to the downside indicating bullish failure. Price break below 1.6500 area (38.2% Fibo retracement of 1.6113 – 1.6740), slipped below the 50% Fibo but pullback to the upside and now struggling around 38.2% Fibo area around 1.6500. The bias is neutral in nearest term but I prefer a downside scenario testing 1.6353 area (61.8% Fibo). Immediate resistance at 1.6530. Break above that area should lead us into no trading zone.

gbpusd4hchart

USDJPY Forecast:
The USDJPY attempted to push higher yesterday but failed to break above 91.80 before whipsawed to the downside and closed lower at 91.00. The way I see it, the bullish correction phase might over now and we are ready for a bearish continuation outlook. The bias is bearish in nearest term re-testing 90.20 area. Immediate resistance at 91.60/80 area. Break above that area should be seen as a potential threat to the current bearish outlook. CCI just cross the -100 line down on h1 chart suggesting potential downside pressure.

The USDCHF made indecisive movement yesterday. The pair is now clearly in consolidation phase where bearish momentum seem exhausted, but we also haven’t seen significant bullish correction yet. On daily chart below you can see that in the last 4 days, the pair formed 2 inverted hammer and 2 Doji indicating an intense battle between buyers and sellers with no winner so far. This situation is one of the market condition where I prefer to stay out and just wait for further development. Immediate support at 1.0300 – 1.0250 area. Initial resistance at 1.0420.

EURJPY Forecast
The EURJPY had a moderate bullish momentum yesterday, topped at 133.75 and closed at 133.47. On h4 chart below we have a shooting star appeared after some bullish momentum indicating potential bearish correction testing the bearish channel upper line (red) area. However, I still prefer to stand aside since like I said yesterday, the pair is in no trading zone. Immediate support at 132.80 followed by 132.20. Initial resistance at 134.36.

GBPJPY Forecast
The GBPJPY attempted to push higher yesterday, topped at 151.74 but whipsawed to the downside and closed lower at 149.44. On my h4 chart below we can see that after had a significant bearish momentum from 163.05 and hit 149.02, the pair has been corrected higher but never really able to stay above the 23.6% Fibo before fell below it again. The bias is bearish in nearest term re-testing 149.02. Immediate resistance at 150.30. Break above that area should lead us into no trading zone.

AUDUSD Forecast
The AUDUSD made another indecisive movement yesterday, formed another a Doji on daily chart and we have 5 Dojis in a row for the last 5 trading days indicating a long consolidation after some bullish running. On h1 chart below we can see that the pair still trapped in range area of 0.8674 – 0.8570 area (0% – 23.6% Fibo retracement of 0.8239 – 0.8674) indicating consolidation but still in bullish context. I still prefer a bullish scenario but I think it’s better to stay out for now. The best place to put a long position is still around 0.8570 area with a tight stop loss or if we have a breakout above 0.8674 also with a tight stop loss.
